HOW LONG WILL MY FILMS TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
If you have chosen to include a Wedding Film Trailer, my aim is to deliver this shortly after your wedding. While exact timelines can vary depending on the season and editing workload, I always work to deliver your films as soon as possible without compromising quality. Full films and longer edits typically take longer, especially during peak months.
HOW FAR CAN YOU TRAVEL?
I can travel across the UK. Travel within a reasonable distance is included, and for locations further away, additional costs may apply for travel time, mileage, accommodation, and expenses. If your wedding is outside my local area, I will confirm any travel costs clearly before booking.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO SECURE A DATE?
A booking fee is required to secure your date, along with a signed contract. Your date is only reserved once the booking fee has been received. The booking fee is non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil the booking.
WHEN DOES THE BALANCE NEED TO BE PAID UP?
The remaining balance must be paid no later than one month before the wedding day. If the balance is not received by then, the date may be released. Any additional time or add-ons agreed after booking may be charged separately.
DO YOU OFFER A DRONE PACKAGE?
Yes, drone footage can be included where possible. Drone use is subject to venue rules, local regulations, airspace restrictions, and safe weather conditions. If drone operation is not possible on the day due to restrictions or weather, I will still capture cinematic alternatives from the ground.
ARE THE CEREMONY AND SPEECHES FILMED IN THEIR ENTIRETY, AND ARE THEY AVAILABLE SEPARATELY?
The ceremony and speeches are typically recorded in full with clear audio, depending on what is agreed in your booking. If you would like full-length edits as separate videos, this can be included or added depending on your chosen collection.
HOW WILL THE FILMS BE DELIVERED TO ME?
Your films will be delivered securely via a private online delivery link. You will receive an email with access to view, download, and share your films. This delivery method is simple and works across phones, tablets, and computers.
CAN I CHANGE MY COLLECTION AFTER MY WEDDING DAY?
In some cases, you may be able to upgrade your film length or add extra edits after the wedding, depending on what was captured and what is available. Any upgrades or extra edits will be invoiced separately. Refunds are not available for removing previously selected options after the wedding.
CAN I CANCEL MY WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY BOOKING?
If you need to cancel, please notify me in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms and any fees depend on how close the cancellation is to the wedding date, as the date prevents other bookings. Full details are included in the booking contract.
WILL YOU BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SECOND CAMERA OPERATOR?
Depending on the size, timeline, and logistics of your wedding, a second camera operator may be recommended. This can help capture more angles, more moments, and better coverage during busy parts of the day.
DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE REVISIONS?
I include a complimentary revision pass for each delivered film. Additional revisions beyond the included revision may be subject to a fee. I recommend sending any revision requests within a reasonable window after delivery so changes can be handled efficiently.
HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW?
You can leave a review via a link I’ll send after delivery. Reviews mean a lot and help future couples find my work. Thank you for taking the time to support my business.
WHAT IS THE REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM?
If a friend or family member books after being referred by you, I can offer a thank-you reward as agreed at the time of referral. Details and eligibility can be confirmed by enquiry.
